Most agents sell certainty they do not have. Every figure here carries its source and its date, and says where the analysis stops.
What you can expect
- Every figure sourced. The number, where it came from, and the date it was true. No exceptions, including the inconvenient ones.
- The limits stated. Where the data stops is usually where your decision starts. You get told which is which.
- Your time respected. The three properties that fit, not the thirty that might. Preparation is my job, not yours.
- Your interest first. A fiduciary duty I owe you as your agent, and would owe you regardless.
